Scrape
Spiders on a self hosted Linux server poll all the major Dutch housing platforms around the clock, rotating through a VPN and recovering on their own from network drops.

Match
Every new listing is normalised and checked against each student’s alerts: city, district, budget, size, rooms and whether students are accepted.

Matches go out by email within seconds, so students can reply to the landlord before the listing filled up.

How it’s built
A modern stack, built to move fast.
A Next.js web app on Vercel, Python scrapers on a home server, MongoDB in the cloud and Stripe for payments. Claude works as a pair programmer throughout, which keeps the product shipping new features week after week.
